Day 1:  Thursday, July 6, 2000, Update 1

I left Hartford, CT early this morning.  The flights were OK, been awhile since I done that.  Awww Hell, you don't want to hear about that........

Pretty laid back here.  I strolled through the dealer room tonight as many were setting up.  There is some really cool stuff here!!!  And I didn't bring enough cash :(

I'm rooming with Joey Everitt and Alan "Winch" Dawson.  We had Teddy Terstegge, Frank Clark, Jim Catero, Barry Pippen, Barry Vedros and a few other folks stroll through the room already.

Spoke with Rex a bit and we strolled through the dealer room talking to a few folks and looking at what people had set up already and eyeing some of our future purchases. 

A couple of us sat around and talked about how we got back into Joe collecting and what our feelings of online collecting and what the spirit of the Community is and how great it is.
